Instructions
Press the left button switch panel,and then to press the right button select your desired function
Batteries are installed, with the thumb and hold the button of above the handle to open the battery Lid, 4 (R20) on the 1st battery.
Propaganda: Press 8, propaganda department has called whistle when you adjust button under lever potentiometer, can be transferred without whistle call.
Recording: Press 3, recording warning lamp is lighting, you can record. When the indicator automatically turns off, recording is completed.
NOTE: Best recording in a very quiet place will be the best
Playback: Press 4 can be playback
